Terms of Service

Last updated: May 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of mvnoalliance.com, the MVNO Alliance marketing site, the MVNO Alliance checkout flow, and any account you create with us. If you have purchased a perpetual license, the use of the software itself is also governed by our End User License Agreement.

1. Accepting these terms

By using mvnoalliance.com, creating an account, or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

3. Purchases and refunds

License purchases are one-time and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive right to run MVNO Alliance under the tier you purchased. Because we deliver a software license immediately upon payment, all sales are final. If something is materially broken about your license or the software, contact us within 30 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith — refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use mvnoalliance.com or the software to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others
  • Send spam or other unsolicited messages
  • Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the license key itself
  • Attack, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to mvnoalliance.com or other users' installations

5. Support

Each license tier includes a defined support period (see the pricing page). Support is provided via email at [email protected]. Response targets are best-effort during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm Pacific). Higher tiers have explicit SLAs documented in their support contracts.

6. Service availability

mvnoalliance.com itself (the marketing site, checkout, and license issuance) is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uptime — but if it goes down right after you click Buy, your purchase will still complete, and Stripe will retry the webhook until we're back up.

The availability of your own MVNO Alliance installation is your responsibility.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

The software and mvnoalliance.com are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using mvnoalliance.com at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of license fees previously paid.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The updated version is effective when posted at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
