Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 16, 2026
MVNO Alliance is a self-hostable customer relationship management product. This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected and used in two distinct contexts: visiting mvnoalliance.com and using a MVNO Alliance installation that you or your organization deploys.
1. Visiting mvnoalliance.com
When you visit our marketing site or purchase a license, we collect:
- The email address and company name you provide at checkout
- Payment metadata returned by Stripe (we never receive or store card numbers)
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp), retained 30 days for abuse prevention and debugging
We use this information solely to issue your license, send you the license key, send receipts, respond to support requests, and very occasionally email product updates. You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
2. Your MVNO Alliance installation
When you self-host MVNO Alliance, all of the data you put into the system stays on infrastructure you control. We do not have access to your contacts, subscriber records, billing data, or any other operator data. We do not phone home, do not collect usage telemetry, and do not transmit license validation data to us — the license is verified locally using a public key.
Anything your installation collects about your end users (contacts, leads, etc.) is governed by your own privacy policy and your contractual relationships with them.
3. Third parties used by mvnoalliance.com
- Stripe — payment processing for license purchases
- Resend — sending transactional email (receipts, license keys, password resets)
- Railway — hosting infrastructure for mvnoalliance.com and our API
- Namecheap — domain registrar and DNS
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We have signed appropriate Data Processing Addenda where they apply.
4. Your rights
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction that grants individual data rights, you have the right to:
- Request access to the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal/tax record-keeping requirements
- Object to processing for marketing purposes (which we don't do anyway)
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Children
MVNO Alliance is a business product and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
6. Changes to this policy
We will post any updates to this policy at this URL with a revised "last updated" date. If a change is material, we will email license holders directly.
